Description

The Cybersecurity Leadership Program at Duke University, a combined effort of the Pratt School of Engineering, Sanford School of Public Policy, Department of Computer Science, and Duke Law School brings together private sector leaders from various sectors and government officials for an intensive three-day program. Participants will have the chance to learn from Duke scholars in policy, law, engineering, business, and computer science, as well as from leading industry and government experts.

The focus of the program is to educate senior leaders so that they can better execute the responsibilities of a board member of a publicly traded company in the United States. That same content is critical for government officials to understand how best to work with the private sector to mitigate the risk of cybersecurity attacks. The Cybersecurity Leadership Program has a core curriculum with courses that include Cybersecurity and the Board, Challenges for the CISO, Preparing for and Responding to a Data Breach, Elements of a Cyber Program, Impacts from Incidents, among others.

Program Dates: May 20 – 22, 2024
