This program is open to individuals working professionally on issues of fiscal decentralization, local government finance, intergovernmental transfers and subnational domestic revenue mobilization, governance or other related fields.

The Fiscal Decentralization and Local Government Financial Management program has been designed to:

  • Equip participants with the theoretical foundations of fiscal decentralization, administrative decentralization, intergovernmental transfers, local revenue systems, and fiscal planning and management.
  • Enable participants to assess and quantify impacts of alternative fiscal policies on a variety of economic entities and stakeholders
